Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork design into a digital embroidery pattern that can be read by the embroidery machines. Digitizing is both a technical and a creative process. It's much more than most people might imagine. While the digitizer may begin with a scan or a graphic file, he has to tell the embroidery machine where to put each stitch, and what order to sew your design, including where to stop, trim the threads, and switch to a different color.
The second step consists of:
1) Fixing the area of the garment to be embroidered in a device called a hoop;
2) Attaching the hooped garment to the embroidery machine so that it can be embroidered; and
3) Removing extraneous stitches accumulated during the embroidery process and removing the backing material used to stabilize the fabric during embroidery.

The result of this good job is a garment decorated with 3D effect and shiny colors
that don’t fade after washings!
