PAYMENT:

After you've placed the order you'll receive an e-mail from me to confirm it, with shipping costs and the total amount.
You have to make advance payment, and as soon as I get the charge, I'll send the package to you.

You can chose the following payment methods:

- PAY PAL
Fast and secure for international money transfers.
Though I have to invoice a fee of 4% on the amount, because PayPal charges very large fees for incoming payments.
So sorry about it.

- BANK TRANSFER
This method is slower, but you haven't to add the 4% on the total, and if you send me the copy of the transfer I can ship immediately.

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package and on your place and will be defined after your order.
YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT VIA CERTIFIED MAIL,
and you'll have the postal receipt of the package, if you want to check.
Any late/loss from the postal service won't be under my responsability, but you'll have the tracking number to remonstrate at the postal office. Certified mail is generally totally secure! Instead, I will not ship anymore by ordinary mail, 'cause it's not enough secure, and I had to send orders two times, sometime!!

Shippings by certified mail take about 10-15 days to Europe. Any late of delivery depends on the international postal service.
Boxes over 2 kg will be sent as international pack or quick pack, and cost depends on the exact weigh and your country.

PRIVACY POLICY:

OVER-ZONE do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

RETURN POLICY:

Items must be returned in 7 days.
All returned items must be unworn, unused , unwashed and with tags, labels intact. All items are checked at the time of manufacture and again before shipping.
Faulty items are normaly replaced like for like, except if an item is out of stock or discontinued.
Falling this we will issue you with a credit note or refund.

SIZE REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE ITEMS:

Must be accompanied by the original invoice on which the goods were purchased, including your name and address. We advise customers to use Certified Mail, as we are unable to accept responsibility for mislaid or non delivery of parcels to us.
Return shipping will be charged to you. So.. let's hope it never happens! :-)
